Attendance tracking

Record employee attendance using an identification card and terminal, or by using a mobile phone and computer.

Registration with Cards and Terminals

You can install an advanced registration terminal that allows emplyoees to record their arrivals and departures using identification cards or tags. The registration terminal also gives employees access to the current work schedule and enables them to submit notifications and requests.

The terminal has an intuitive user interface with a touch screen and incorporates the best practices from modern smartphones, making it easy for all employees to use.

Registration with Mobile Phone or Computer

Employees can record their attendance using a mobile phone or computer. Registration can be restricted to specific locations, networks, or computers, ensuring that employees are actually at their workplace when registering.

Registering with a mobile phone allows for time tracking even when the use of registration terminals and cards is impractical, such as when there are multiple remote job sites, working in the field, or working from home.

Employees can also record their attendance using a mobile phone or computer.

Attendance Rules

Attendance rules can be configured in detail at the organizational, departmental, and individual employee levels. The modular design of rules allows for easy setup of various recording methods. Employees can be required to be present at the workplace, have flexible working hours, adhere to a maximum lunch duration, take business exits, and have their arrival and departure times rounded, among other things.

Any violations of attendance rules (such as arriving or leaving late, taking too long of a lunch break, forgetting to register, etc.) are displayed in real-time to department managers. The employee is also automatically notified of the violation during registration, thereby reducing the likelihood of violations even without managers' intervention.

Attendance rules can be extensively configured, and any violations of the rules are displayed to employees during registration.

Info Point

Employees can access their work schedule, submit and review their requests and preferences, and view other relevant information (such as their hours and vacation status) using the registration terminal and the web portal. They also receive notifications of any scheduling changes during registration.

The registration terminal and web portal also allow for the capture of other data and information that is not necessarily related to work hours, such as:

  • selecting the type of lunch,
  • fulfilling work tasks.

The schedule and other information are always available to employees.
